FAQ

Do I need to create an account?

No. We don't store a password or profile for you. Payment issues an access code you enter on the exam page. We keep your email only so we can re-send the code if you lose it.

How does access work?

It depends on the plan. Some plans are time-based — you buy a window (for example 7 days, 30 days, or a year from purchase) with unlimited practice and exam attempts inside it. Others are attempt-based — you buy a set number of exam attempts, with practice included. Each exam page lists exactly what its plans include.

What's the difference between practice and exam mode?

Practice lets you choose what to focus on and whether to see the correct answer and an explanation after each question. Exam mode runs a full-length, timed simulation and reports your mastery by topic area plus an overall pass/fail at the end. The exact format follows each certification.
